ICF Uganda Chapter is a community of certified coaches from different coaching academies approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). We currently have a membership of 44 coaches. Checking out our website provides you with a starting point for accessing gold standard services in the coaching field.

As someone looking for coaching services, you do well to find a certified or credentialed coach. Coaching is both a science and art meant to help you deal with your authentic self.  Being a certified coach means that a coach has been trained in a particular coaching methodology and tools to deliver their coaching. You are guaranteed that the coach has a deliberate process he or she is following as they coach you. Credentialing means that the coach has gone a further step and done a global assessment by ICF which then qualified them as either an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or a Master Certified Coach (MCC). Seeking out services of a certified coach means the coach will be in a position to guide you in terms of your needs and map a journey with you moving forward or refer you to other service providers like mentors, counsellors or consultant, where relevant.

As leadership, we are delighted that this website is giving you a starting point for you to explore. We do not have standard rates for coaching yet. You can reach out to different coaches to find out what their rates are. From the profiles, you will realise that the coaches have different areas of interest. What we assure you of is that all coaches featured on this platform are in good standing with ICF. While we have the coaches’ profiles here, we implore you to do your personal due diligence figuring out if your chemistry aligns, checking with past clients, and having clarity of task with you.
